Content and its use and reuse in the world of bids and proposals opens an inevitable can of worms as well as all sorts of questions about how far to take proposal automation, machine learning and AI…
Bids and Content is a new space for all my content about bid content and any thoughts and ideas around how to improve bidding processes and efficiency that are simple and easy to implement and most importantly shouldn’t cost the earth.
I’ve been involved in the world of bids and proposals since 2004, when I fell into writing proposals by accident (with a qualification in journalism I saw a writing opportunity and took it) and now here I am keen on content and making things easier. Having worked in a wide range of sectors and markets and bid into a very wide range of public and private organisations I have seen and used pretty much all the options in terms of portals, hard copy submissions and everything else that procurement teams come up with for submission receipt. I’ve also seen some incredibly creative submissions using technology and bespoke printing that have knocked my socks off.
Grab a cuppa (for anyone outside of the UK – a cup of whatever floats your boat) and have a browse. I’m happy to answer questions and get in touch with anyone looking to solve any problems on the content front, drop me a line via the ‘Get in touch’ page and let’s catch up and find solutions.
